The Holiday season is upon us. Yours may be loaded with family and friends, travel and gifts, food and love. Be sure to fill yourself up with the warmth of each moment and appreciate the feeling. It will bring more of the same.
There are those for whom the holiday season is filled with memories of times and people gone from sight. For some, celebratory invitations may be a thing of the past. Please consider extending a smile, handshake, hug or even an invite to neighbors, distant relatives or friends.
We are influenced by our neighbor’s joys and sorrows because we are linked soul to soul. In the same way that we are all psychic, we are all empathic, meaning we are all able to feel the emotions of others. So all the more reason to love our neighbors while exercising good personal boundaries.
We live in captivating and transformative times. There’s what feels like an electric current running through us because so much is happening globally. On a soul level, we have outgrown old limited beliefs and are ready for a healthy shift.
An enlightened approach would be to cultivate balance both during the holiday season and these transformative times.
Set the stage. Breathe yourself into your higher-knowing-self.
